Open the job press

Working draft. Live labels are live. Draft labels are not.

LATCH / the utility layer for memecoins

Launch a token. Give it a job.

Tokens are easy to launch and easy to forget. LATCH pairs every coin with a working tool: a real product for people, an MCP endpoint for agents, and a fee flow you can inspect.

The press is a demo. No wallet or signup. Or open a live tool

00 The job press

Runs in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Name a coin.
Print a product.

Pick one honest job. Latch pairs it with your ticker and prints what the token actually ships with: a page for people and an endpoint for agents.

02 Choose the job

Pick a job, then press it.

01 The hole in the market

The launch is solved. Everything after it is not.

Coins take seconds.
Products take months.

Launching a token now takes less time than reading its whitepaper. The hard part is not the ticker, the curve, or the liquidity. It's giving anyone a reason to come back tomorrow.

Tokens are not missing attention. They're missing a job.

The old loop

  1. Token
  2. Story
  3. Hope

Attention arrives. The product never does.

The LATCH loop

  1. Tool
  2. Token
  3. Use
  4. Fees

The product starts it. The token distributes it.

  • Solved Launch

Cheap, fast, everywhere. That's not the interesting part.

  • Unsolved Use

A working surface, a reason to return, a reason to pay.

  • Required Proof

A receipt beats a roadmap. Every time. Even an ugly receipt.

A token is not a business. It's a key. We make sure there's a door.

02 The evidence

“Useful” is a demo, not an adjective.

Don't call it useful.
Show me.

Three tools below run right here in your browser. Open one, type something, judge it yourself. The drafts are labeled too. We don't blur the line.

On the bench

Listed, labeled, not ready. More tools after the cut, not before.

  • 04
    Pigeon CEO

Strategic guidance from a bird with no equity and excellent posture.

    No ETA theater Draft
  • 05
    Gas Fee Therapist

Feelings about transaction costs, processed without judgment.

    Still cooking Draft
  • 06
    Rug Radar

A read-only risk read for a token contract. No score, no verdict.

    Checking sources In review

A note on labels Live means it runs. Draft means it exists but isn't ready. In review means we're checking the claims before the buttons.

03 The machine

Four steps. No hand-waving.

A launchpad
that ships the thing.

Most launchpads end when the token starts trading. Ours is built backwards: the working tool comes first, then the token that distributes it.

  1. 01Start

Pick a tool that already works.

No blank canvas. Start from a live template with a human interface, an MCP endpoint, and a job it does without supervision.

    Registry / live templates
  2. 02Pair

    Give it a token.

Set the ticker, supply, and split. The token becomes the key and the distribution layer. It does not become the product.

    Token press / 5-minute setup
  3. 03Ship

    Put it in public.

Every run leaves a receipt. Every fee lands somewhere traceable. No invisible roadmap standing in for a working surface.

    Public page / real usage
  4. 04Open

    Let the agents in.

The same tool is callable over MCP. Token-gated, metered, and auditable. One capability, two interfaces, no screenshots.

    MCP / structured output
One launch produces

A product, not a pitch deck.

04 The money

Collected first. Split second. No exceptions.

Fees first.
Hype never.

No emissions. No points. No yield shaped like a promise. The split only moves when a fee is actually collected. If the fee is zero, the split is zero.

The flow
  1. Buyer
  2. Trade
  3. Fee vault
  4. 3 wallets

Target model for the working draft. The fee contracts are not live. When they are, this label changes. Until then, treat the numbers as a design decision, not a yield offer. The simulator splits each model separately; it is arithmetic, not a forecast.

01 / Real inputs

Fees come from use.

Tool runs and token trades. Not from minting new supply, not from a treasury being spent down, not from a points program with a hidden chart.

02 / Small windows

Five minutes, then move.

Settlement is frequent and boring. Boring is the feature: less time for a bucket, fewer places for a promise to hide.

03 / Public edges

Every split has a receipt.

Amount in, split out, wallet destination. If a fee cannot be traced, it is not a fee we get to brag about.

  • No APY
  • No lock-up
  • No emissions
  • No secret wallet
“If the vault is empty, nothing moves. That is the whole safety speech.”

05 The four-sided trade

Everyone gets a job. Even the agent.

One tool.
Four ways in.

A token only works if the people around it have a reason to show up. Here is the deal for each of them. No role requires a 40-minute onboarding call.

01 / Creator

Own a product.

Pick a live tool. Pair a coin. Launch with something people can open on day one, not a Discord and a countdown.

You getA thing that ships
02 / Developer

Get distribution.

Bring a working tool. Every paired token becomes a route to users. Take 30% of what your tool actually earns.

You getUsers, not demo day
03 / Holder

See the fees.

Hold the base token. Receive a share of collected fees every five minutes. No staking, no lock-up, no secret counterparty.

You getA claim, not a promise
04 / Agent

Call the tool.

Use the same capability over MCP. Metered per run, token-gated, structured output. No browser, no screenshots, no vibes.

You getOne clean endpoint

The common thread A token that routes people, developers, fees, and agents around one working product.

06 The honesty board

If a label says draft, it is a draft.

Some tools will save you an afternoon. Some will be gloriously stupid.

Both have to work. That's the only rule we're not flexible about. The rest (the fee model, the registry, the open marketplace) is being assembled in public, one labeled part at a time.

The finish line is not a bigger launchpad. It's a market where “what does the token do?” has an answer you can click.

Working principle “Make the demo harder to fake.”

No countdown. No “soon” with a date we invented. When something moves, the label moves with it.

07 One last thing

Your ticker is not a product. Yet.

Start with something that works. Let the token come after. That's the whole trick.

No wallet. No signup. No 40-slide deck.
